Moore Catholic High School’s “Maverick for a Day” is a program designed to introduce prospective 8th grade students to the life of a first-year Moore student. Your child will be assigned to a current 9th or 10th grade student and follow him/her for a half day’s schedule. Please remember to arrive no later than 8:15 AM. We provide each student with any academic materials needed for the day. The “Maverick for a Day” program concludes at 11:30am at which time you should meet your student in the Main Lobby. If you have someone other than yourself picking up your student, please email [email protected] letting us know. Visits will be scheduled Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We require preregistration (see below), and can only accommodate a limited number of students per day. You will receive an email confirming the date and details of your student’s attendance.
While on campus, your student is expected to follow all the rules and regulations set forth in the Moore Catholic High School student handbook. Students should be dressed in appropriate attire, or his/her school uniform. Students must wear a mask at all times in the building, and will have their temperature checked upon entry.
