Moore Catholic High School welcomes Ms. Victoria Carbonara as the new varsity volleyball coach for the Mavericks. She takes over for Mrs. Jillian Kelly, who was instrumental in starting Volleyball at the club level last year. The student-athletes demonstrated significant improvement and will enter the competitive CHSAA varsity level this fall.
Ms. Carbonara was an outstanding student-athlete at Notre Dame Academy, where she was a four year letter winner in Volleyball. Former team captain and MVP, Ms.Carbonara brings her passion and enthusiasm for volleyball to the Moore Catholic family. A recent graduate of Marist College, Coach Carbonara is looking forward to helping each student-athlete reach their full potential academically and athletically.
The Mavericks will play their home matches on a sparkling new volleyball court as they make history as the first ever varsity volleyball team. “Bump, set, spike!”
